TenTrix
TenTrix
TenTrix offers a careful and deliberate puzzle experience that rewards logic and spatial awareness over raw speed. The game is played on a 10x10 grid, providing a spacious environment for you to arrange various geometric shapes. Unlike other block-fitting games, the pieces in TenTrix do not fall from the top of the screen; instead, you are presented with a set of three shapes at a time which you must manually place onto the board. This shift in mechanics changes the feel of the game from a reactive scramble to a thoughtful strategy session where every placement matters.
The primary challenge stems from the fact that shapes cannot be rotated. You must work with the orientations provided, fitting them into the available gaps on the grid. When you successfully complete a full horizontal or vertical line, that line is cleared from the board, freeing up space for future pieces and awarding points. The game continues as long as you have enough room to place the shapes currently in your queue. If the grid becomes too cluttered and a piece cannot fit, the session concludes.
This single-player puzzle is designed for those who enjoy optimizing space and planning several moves ahead. Because there is no timer forcing your hand, you can take as much time as needed to evaluate the board and decide on the best possible position for each block. The 10x10 grid offers endless possibilities for creative problem-solving, making each session a unique test of your ability to manage a growing collection of unrotatable shapes.

- Unrotatable geometric block shapes
- Line-clearing scoring system
- Thoughtful, non-timed puzzle gameplay
How to Play
When you start the game, you will see an empty 10x10 grid and three geometric shapes at the bottom of the screen. Use your mouse or touch input to select one of these shapes and drag it onto the grid. You can place the shape anywhere as long as there are enough empty squares to accommodate it. Note that you cannot rotate the pieces, so you must plan according to their fixed shapes.
Your goal is to fill entire rows or columns with blocks. When a line is completely filled from one side to the other, it will be cleared from the board, and you will earn points. After you have placed all three of the shapes currently in your queue, a new set of three shapes will appear. You must continue this process, clearing lines to ensure you always have enough open space for the next set of blocks.
The game continues indefinitely as long as you can fit the provided shapes onto the board. If you reach a point where none of your current shapes can fit into the remaining empty spaces, the session ends. Success in TenTrix requires careful planning to avoid leaving isolated empty squares that are difficult to fill with the unrotatable pieces.
