Stair Run 2 begins with your character sprinting forward on a straight path filled with red obstacles and scattered blue blocks. Your primary objective is to collect as many of these blue blocks as possible while moving. These blocks serve as your building material for the stairs you will need to construct to clear the various hurdles in your way. If you hit a red obstacle directly without enough stairs to clear it, your run ends immediately. This makes the game a constant balancing act between gathering resources and knowing exactly when to use them to stay above the danger.
As you progress through the levels, the placement of obstacles becomes more frequent and the gaps between resource piles may change. You must decide whether to use your collected blocks to clear a small hurdle or save them for a larger structure later in the path. Reaching the finish line is the main goal, but the game also features a bonus section at the very end. How to Play
To begin your run, watch as your character moves forward automatically along the track. Your primary interaction is clicking or tapping the screen to build a set of stairs. You must hold the interaction to continue building upward and release it to stop. Building stairs consumes the blue blocks you have collected from the ground, so you must always be on the lookout for more resources.
As you approach a red obstacle, initiate the build command early enough to gain the height needed to pass over it. If you run out of blocks while building or fail to start building in time, you will collide with the obstacle and have to restart the level. The height of the stairs corresponds directly to how many blocks you have in your inventory.
When you reach the end of the course, you will see a final staircase. Use any remaining blocks you have saved to climb as high as possible. This final climb acts as a bonus phase that rewards your efficiency throughout the level. Each level presents a new layout of obstacles and block placements to master.
