Minesweeper: Find Bombs
Minesweeper: Find Bombs
Minesweeper: Find Bombs begins with a clean, unrevealed grid where your primary objective is to clear the entire field without detonating a single hidden mine. A first run typically starts with a cautious click on any cell to open up the board and reveal the initial set of numerical clues. These numbers are the foundation of your strategy, indicating exactly how many bombs are tucked away in the eight surrounding squares. By carefully cross-referencing these digits, you can deduce which areas are safe to explore and which require a protective flag.
Success in this logic-driven puzzle requires a methodical approach and sharp attention to detail. As you progress through the levels, the density of the mines increases, demanding more precise calculations and less guesswork. The game rewards players who take the time to analyze the layout rather than clicking at random. Every cell you open provides more data, narrowing down the possibilities until the final bomb is accounted for. It is a test of patience and deductive reasoning that remains engaging from the first click to the final flag placement.
This version is built with the Godot 4.5 engine, providing a stable and responsive environment for your puzzle-solving sessions. The interface is designed to stay out of the way, letting you focus entirely on the grid and the logic required to solve it. Whether you are a newcomer learning the basic patterns or a veteran looking for a reliable way to test your skills, the structured level progression ensures a consistent challenge. Each completed grid serves as a milestone in your journey to mastering this classic brain teaser.

How to Play
To begin, click or tap any cell on the grid to reveal what is underneath. If you reveal a number, that digit tells you exactly how many mines are hidden in the eight surrounding cells. Use this information to determine which adjacent cells are safe to open and which ones contain a bomb. If you click on a mine, the game ends immediately.
When you are certain a cell contains a mine, use a long press to place a flag on it. This prevents you from accidentally clicking that cell later. You can remove a flag with another long press if you change your mind. The goal is to open every cell that does not have a mine.
Work your way through the grid methodically. Look for numbers like '1' that only have one unopened neighbor, as that neighbor must be a mine. As you clear more of the board, the remaining possibilities become clearer. Clear the entire field to successfully complete the level.
