How to Play
To start playing Extreme Thumb Wars, choose whether you want to face the CPU or a friend in local two-player mode. After selecting your mode, pick one of the twenty available thumb characters. The match takes place on a single screen where both thumbs are ready to strike.
If you are on a desktop, Player 1 uses the W key and Player 2 uses the Up Arrow key. On touch devices, you can simply tap your side of the screen. Your objective is to press your control at the right moment to land on top of the opponent's thumb. Once you have them pinned, their health bar will begin to decrease.
However, you must watch your power bar. Pinning an opponent consumes power, and if the bar empties, your thumb will release its grip. The key to winning is to wait for the opponent to move or miss, then strike when you have a full power bar. The match ends when one player's health bar is completely gone. Since there are no levels or unlocks, you can immediately start a new match with different characters as soon as one round ends.
