How to Play
To begin a game of Accordion Solitaire, you will see two face-up cards in the middle of the screen. Your first action is usually to click the face-down stock pile at the bottom right to deal more cards. As cards appear, they form a sequence of piles. You can move any pile onto another pile to its left if the top cards of both piles have the same suit or the same rank.
There are two specific ways to move: you can move a pile to the one immediately to its left, or you can move it to a pile that is exactly three positions away (meaning there are two piles between them). For example, if you have five piles and the first and fourth piles match, you can move the fourth pile onto the first. Whenever you make a move and a gap is created, the remaining cards will automatically slide to the left to fill the space.
